PRINTS

Print Quality

Images are available to purchase as high quality prints.

All prints are on Fuji professional photographic paper which has excellent light-fastness and archival properties. Printing is handled by a local professional lab who have access to my proofs and high resolution image files. This enables me to ensure prompt delivery, even if I am away on location. A colour managed workflow is used throught the process, ensuring consistent print quality.

Three sizes are available, but larger sizes are possible upon request

Shipping

Prints are packaged in a robust tube. This is the safest way to freight the artwork.

I am happy to ship anywhere in the world.  Just contact me for a costing if you country is not on the selection and I will let you know the cost.  I charge shipping out at exactly the same price it costs me.

Prints are delivered within 5-10 working days.

A confirmation email and courier tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch of the print.

Removing your print from the cardboard tube

Take care not to dent the print when removing it from the tube.

The print may curl up after removing it from the tube. To flatten the print, place on a flat surface and cover with layers of the included tissue paper. Weight the print with large books, just heavy enough to keep it flat. After a day or two the print should be flat.

Framing and Mounting

The best way to present and preserve your print is to have it matted and framed behind glass. The title and signature can be included by allowing a small border around the edge of the matt.

A good framer will help you choose complementary colours and frame mouldings. If in doubt, a plain white matt and a black frame work well in most situations.

Choosing a place for displaying your print - avoid direct sunlight

Direct sunlight will cause any artwork to fade faster than its intended life. Direct sunlight can also cause condensation to form inside the glass, which can lead to mould.

Guarantee

If the print arrives damaged I will replace it at no cost to you, no questions asked. If you are unhappy with the print for any reason, re-package the print in the original packaging and contact me to arrange for a courier to collect the package. Upon receipt of the print a full refund will be made by bank transfer or a posted cheque if you prefer.
